Returns & Refund Policy

At Ohana Apparel, most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because personalized products cannot be resold, we have the following return and refund policy in place.
Custom Products
Custom products include, but are not limited to:
- Custom Stickers
- DTF Transfers
- DTF Gang Sheets
- Custom Shirts
- Custom Apparel
- Custom Promotional Products
- Any item containing customer-supplied artwork, logos, names, or personalized information
Because these items are made specifically for you, custom products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs, spelling, sizing, colors, and design details before approving production.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, Ohana Apparel cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved artwork or order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will, at our discretion, reprint the affected items or issue a partial or full refund.
DTF Transfer & Gang Sheet Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork meets their quality requirements. Ohana Apparel does not automatically edit, resize, or correct low-resolution artwork unless design services have been specifically requested.
We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from:
- Low-resolution files
- Transparent backgrounds left in artwork
- Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
- Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
- Artwork submitted at the wrong size
Copyrighted or Trademarked Artwork
By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they own or have permission to reproduce all submitted designs, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other intellectual property.
Ohana Apparel reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to contain unauthorized copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or prohibited content.
Shipping Issues
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Ohana Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
- Weather events
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before artwork approval and before production begins.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
